Thank you for considering our services for your hardware and software needs. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before proceeding with your quotation request.

Software and Licensing:

  1. License: Software provided in the quotation is subject to the terms of the applicable end-user license agreement (EULA). By accepting the quotation, you agree to abide by the terms of the EULA.
  2. Quotation Validity: The prices quoted for software are valid for a period of 3 days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified.
  3. Pricing and Payment: All prices quoted are in ZAR and are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment terms shall be as specified in the quotation. Non-payment within a maximum of 60 days, will result in a suspension of the subscriptions/licenses until the invoices have been fully paid.
  4. Delivery: Delivery of software licenses shall be made electronically unless otherwise agreed upon. Access credentials and license keys will be provided upon receipt of payment.
  5. Support and Maintenance: Support and maintenance services for the software may be available separately. Details of support and maintenance options can be provided upon request.
  6. Ownership: Ownership of the software and associated intellectual property rights shall remain with the licensor.
  7. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with the software provided shall be limited to the purchase price paid by you for the software.
  8. Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically on expiry date.
  9. Cancellations:  Customer to provide written notification of subscription termination 30 calendar days prior to the next renewal cycle.
  10. E&OE: Errors & Omissions excepted.

Services, Hardware and Accessories:

  1. Quotation Validity: The prices quoted for hardware are valid for a period of 7 days only.
  2. Pricing and Payment: All prices quoted are in ZAR and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping charges unless stated otherwise. Pricing is subject to ROE fluctuations and supplier increases/decreases. Payment terms shall be as specified in the quotation. Unless otherwise stated, installation is not included. There will be a maximum of 120 days to resolve any disputes / issues on any invoices, after which all services/SLA/agreement will be suspended until the correct outstanding amount is paid, or as per agreement.
  3. Delivery: Delivery timelines provided in the quotation are estimated and may vary depending on factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the delivery timelines, but we shall not be liable for any delays. If you require us to collect and deliver an item under the carry-in warranty, there will be a fee of R250 charged. Prices are for local delivery only.
  4. Warranty: Hardware supplied by us is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. We shall facilitate warranty claims on your behalf but shall not be held responsible for defects or malfunctions covered under the warranty.
  5. Returns and Refunds: Returns and refunds are subject to our return policy, which can be provided upon request. Returned hardware must be in its original condition and packaging. There will be a 15% handling fee for any goods returned after 7 days.
  6. Ownership: Ownership of the hardware shall pass to you upon full payment.
  7. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any damages arising out of or in connection with the hardware provided shall be limited to the purchase price paid by you for the hardware.
